Step 1 - Go to the Purchase Finder and access your Order summary
- Click here to open our Purchase Finder Portal.
- Enter the email address you used to make this purchase online.
Step 2 - Select a transaction
- Click View and manage to see the transaction you need.
Step 3 - Click Resume Rebill
- Click Resume Rebill for the subscription you want to unpause, directly below the Rebilling canceled notification.
*Please note that the "Resume Rebill" option is available as long as the recurring payment date is not in the past.
