If File Explorer shows video files that aren't visible in VHS to DVD Converter software folder tree structure, please navigate to menu options > Preview tab and mark to use internal video decoder, confirm with OK and select a different folder then go back to the initial one to reveal the video files.
In case the video files have been created using codec different than the ones installed on this computer system, please install a pack of codecs before trying the above again.
If assistance is needed please send a request via a new support ticket where quote the license key number of the software.
