That may happen due to multiple accounts under your name in our accounting system.
Please contact Avanquest customer service via e-mail. You can contact us by clicking on Contact us on our main support page.
*You will need to enter your email address. A security code will be sent to you. Enter the code and click on Validate. You will then be able to open a request.
After we confirm multiple accounts under your name, we can merge them all together. That way your most recent account details will remain on the record, and you will see all orders in the complete list.
