Firstly, close all software and connect the computer to the Internet. Then download the following patch:
Double-click on the patch and run it, a message will appear, click on OK to close.
Please restart your computer. After Windows loads up, use the right mouse button to start the software and select the option "Run as Administrator." If that option is missing, press "Properties", select the "Compatibility" option and mark the box in the "Privilege Level" section. Save and close clicking on OK. That sequence should help the program to start normally.
All Avanquest software comes with a single-user licence number, and it can be installed on one computer only unless stated differently.
To use your application on another computer, kindly remove it from the control, while connected to the internet.
An exception to this rule is the licence for Expert PDF 10, 11 and 12, which will register the software on one computer only.
