The problem occurs when the “LiveUpdate” engine encounters a problem.
You will need to update it manually.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Click here and choose to download the update file..
2. Click Save when prompted
3. Right-click on the file and select “Run as Administrator”.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
5. Launch Expert PDF after installing the update.
- Please expect a prompt that a product update is available.
6. Click on install.
7. Click OK, even if you encounter error messages.
You will now be able to use Expert PDF.
