On Windows 10, Microsoft is introducing new features and changes.
By default, you can download and install apps from anywhere
Windows 10 introduced an option to block users from installing apps, including traditional (win32) apps, from being installed on device outside the Windows Store.
This option may trigger the rejection of Photo Explosion's access to the Registry and read its key record.
You can use the following steps to allow Photo Explosion (or other desktop apps) to successfully install on your computer:
- Open Settings.
- Click on Apps.
- Click on Apps & Features.
- Under "Installing apps," select Allow apps from anywhere option from the drop-down menu.
Once you completed the steps, the change will apply automatically without needing to restart your PC, and now you will be able to run Photo Explosion normally.
