They may be able to help you configure their product to not interfere with future software installation.

An alternative approach to install the setup file successfully is by restarting the computer in Clean boot mode then install the setup file by right-clicking on top of it then choose option Run as Administrator. 
As an addition to the aforementioned alternative approach may be useful to restore the system to prior state through System Restore options.
